Tawreed turns construction Bills of Quantities into procurement packages. Add a project's BOQs; Tawreed reads them, designs the package structure, places every item in exactly one package, and publishes workbooks ready to send to suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
Before a project can be priced by the market, its BOQ has to be split into packages that match how suppliers and subcontractors actually trade: concrete, steel, finishes, MEP and so on.
That split is slow, manual and error-prone. Items get missed or counted twice, totals stop reconciling, and the original BOQ ends up edited along the way.
Tawreed does the reading, planning and placing as fixed steps, and never changes what the BOQ says.
Create a project and add BOQ files: Excel, CSV, PDF, scanned pages, in English, Arabic or both.
The AI works out each file's layout; Tawreed extracts the exact values into an item ledger, each item linked to its cell or page. Scanned rows are marked “read from image — verify”.
When a new file overlaps existing sources, the engineer decides: addition, replacement or revision.
Engineer approvesThe AI proposes packages, with the scope each covers and why. The engineer approves, edits or asks again with a note.
Engineer approvesEvery item goes into one package. Uncertain items are shown with the candidates and reasoning; the engineer picks, for this item, the project or all projects.
Engineer approvesTawreed verifies that every item appears exactly once and that package totals reconcile with the source.
The engineer approves the revision; Tawreed writes all of it at once, or none of it.

15 sheets · 320 items · 11 packages · totals reconciled to the cent
On its first real project BOQ, every item was placed and every package total matched the source file.
